Co-Founder, ESG & CSR Lead
Background in Big Four audit and credit rating. GRI Certified and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Leads ESG and sustainability work, covering materiality assessment, carbon accounting, reporting, ratings improvement, and net zero planning. Also handles Corporate Social Responsibility engagements, including SROI and stakeholder impact assessment.
Hala El Ouarrak
Co-Founder, Operations & Transformation Lead
PhD in Applied Mathematics and Automatic Control Engineering. ASCM Master Instructor, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP® Certified, CSCP® Certified, and Professional Engineer of Ontario. Leads Operational Excellence, Strategic Digital Transformation, and Change Management. Also delivers the ASCM and Lean Six Sigma certification training at the Academy.
